Question:

I live in the Toronto area; Winters are not too cold.
I have to replace my Furnace...
Which efficiency is best for my house and why?

Answer:

There being no such thing as a mid-efficiency unit, I'd go for the high-efficiency system every time. What is in fact, a low efficiency, is termed 'mid-efficiency' by marketing people because if it were called 'low' efficeincy, they wouldn't sell any.
