We have a gas high efficiency furnace which was installed in 2001. We have really notice our home quite cold the last few years. We had the ducts cleaned professionaly last summer, but we still do not see much change. It still is cold. Who would we see that would be able to tell us if we need new windows and doors or if we need more installation or new siding or what? It really has bothered us that since we have put the high efficiency furnace in our house seems to be colder.

Rather than any of that, you should be talking to the people who installed the furnace. The new ones cycle on and off more than the older ones did and that may be making it seem colder.
