Question:

help please on remedy for an extremely cold ground floor bathroom with two external walls suffering from condensation and dampness. small heater at moment but makes condensation worse. Too cold to have window open - even a little !!. what is the best remedy without too much cost please. Old house. no central heating.

Answer:

Your fan-type electric heater is about as good as its going to get until you insulate walls and put proper heat in there.
