I have a laundry room that is not quite finish and has a toilet. Now, I would like to add a round shower stall. How works the humidity even though it's a window in the middle?

Provided you include a 110CFM exhaust fan and keep it on whenever there is water running in there, you shouldn't have to worry. The window is by no means enough.
