Question:

We have a shower stall in the en-suite bathroom. We have a lot of black mold build-up under the baseboard at the base of the stall. I know that we need a fan in the bathroom. We are going to change the baseboard. Is there anything else that we need to do when removing the old baseboard to clean up the black mold before we install the new baseboard.

Answer:

That's about it. YOu'll wipe things clean before installing the new baseboards of course but other than that, it's stictly a ventilation project.
