Question:

Our dog would often urinate on the cement floor in our basement. He no longer does this however, there is an odour which stills exists. It is an unfinished basement. Can you suggest how I would get rid of the urine odour? It appears to have absorbed right into the concrete.

Answer:

There are products on the market and the best way to get a hold of them is to contact someone who cleans carpets for a living. It may take a while and a few applications but it can be done.
