Question:

How do you prepair to lay concrete? How much concrete do you use? How deep, How much rebar for 12ft. x 30ft.

Answer:

First you have to hava form, normally made of wood, and then you have to determine what you're going to use the surface for. After that you can start thinking about thickness and re-bar and mixture. Normally, the bag of portland cement will tell you all that or at least come close to it.
