Question:

I have a strip of marble between the living & dining rooms - it's 49"x5x1/2", it loosened up on one side and broke with a straight cut in the middle. is there a way to take it out without breaking it and reglue it?
Does the hot iron work on marble?

Answer:

The iron isn't going to work on this one. A wide-mouthed prybar might though. Glueing it with epoxy might also work but I've never tried that on a high traffic product.
