Our Home is appr.40 yrs. old we've owned it for 18 yrs. but when we bought it, it did'nt have a basement under it, we raised the house & put an eight foot basement in it. There was also o-pipe put all under the house & around. But this year we having major water problems, it actually at the base of the floor, we we're told to brake out the block's from the inside of the basement, fill them with the water cement & that should fix it, but we tried in one section & it started to leak in another.
Answer:
You're into a much bigger job than breaking out blocks. Before you're happy with it you'll have excavated all along the foundation walls and apply a dimpled sheet or some such manufactured for the purpose. This may mean replacing the drainage tile and gravel too.
