Our dishwasher appears to be giving us a problem, It is approx. 10 yr. old. we have noted that the entire inside chamber is covered in condensation after a washing cycle has taken place, and we do let it sit for a couple of hours before opening it up.

Condensation in there probably has a lot to do with water that is too hot and when you open the door, room temperature, which is at least 10F degrees colder condenses on the cavity walls. Some might even show up on the contents.
