I have just received my new washing machine. One of its features is that it has a very high spin cycle rpm. The problem is that when the machine enters the spin cycle the washing machine starts dancing across the floor. In the instruction manual it says to make sure the machine is level and I have done this but the machine still travels significantly across the floor during the spin cycle. Can you give me any suggestions that I could take for next steps?

Vibration like this is normally caused by something being off balance and in this case, it could well be the load in the machine.
