Thinking of selling our home and purchasing a new one. Would like the names of any home inspectors in Brockville and/or area. Should we have the inspection of our home done before we put it on the market or after it is conditionally sold? We are thinking of trying to sell the home ourselves and gave some thought to having an inspection done and attaching the report to our fact sheet.

I would certainly have the inspection done before putting it on the market and then keep a copy of the report handy for 'serious' potential puchasers. In the interests of retaining credibility and in fairness to all, I cannot comment on specific products, recommend prices, people nor companies for various projects.
