I am somewhat familiar with an additive that, when added to paint, helps to insulate the walls and ceiling in order to provide better protection from heat during summer and cold during winter. Can I buy the additive or pre-mixed paint somewhere locally? Please include any pro's and con's that you are aware of with this product as well.
