We have a dark oak finish on our oak kichen cupboards and was wondering if they could be lightened up to a golden oak finish.How would we go about this either using a stripper or sanding?
Answer:
A properly stained wood will normally not look good when you try to make it a lighter colour. It ends up looking yucky and laundered.
