Question:

we have vinyl peel and stick floor tiles that are really starting to look their age. is there anything we can paint on them to make them look diggerent and be more durable, as we have a high traffic house

Answer:

Because of the high traffic you might not want to do anything but replace. There are paints you can apply to vinyl flooring but the high traffic may not permit that to last very long.
