The hot water hose for the washing machine, where it connects to the tap is rusty and the tap is green. Cold one is ok. The installation is 2 years old. Perhaps it was not screwed on tight enough. I can't get it off to change the hose. I have tried channel locks. Is there something I can use to dissolve or loosen the corrosion?
Try a heatgun on it and then the channel locks.
