Question:

I purchased a home that was rent to own. After the insurance inspector came I found out I have galvanized plumbing and my insurance was cancelled. I am now having a hard time getting insurance. In my contract with the prop management it states that the plumbing is not defective. Is there any thig I can do?

Answer:

Sorry, this is not a mortgage question. Speak to your lawyer that handled the purchase. Good luck!
