Question:

We are currently shopping around for a new hot water tank. We are looking at the most efficient unit available. Our options are electric and propane. I saw a new system on tv called the tankless hot water system. Can you tell me more about this system.

Answer:

The tankless systems appear to be getting more popular all the time and it is encouraging to know that in other countries, where they pay a lot more for power than we do, they are used almost exclusively. I'd rather keep my two cents in my pockets too!
