Question:

I have water droplets forming on pipes in my basement ceiling... from condensation. It doesnt seem to be all that humid in my home, but this is becoming a problem.. it drips all day and the floor is soaked.

Answer:

Wrap some insulation around the pipes and the condensation will stop.
