The north wall has a number of large maples and oaks 25 ft. away. A site plan shows drainage to the curb side catch basin with a continuous flow? This all suggests some blockage in the worst areas?
As the house (and its drainage system) ages, you'll be dealing with more of the same unless you up-grade the present system drastically.
