Hello, my washing machine recently didn't soak well (clothes are very wet). We tried to turn the knob to the soak-cycle right after the wash hoping that the clothes will soak but instead, we sometimes see the water flowing from the bottom of the washer. Do you recommend anything to fix this problem?
