Question:

Great show! My basement toilet is lacking
in vigour. It needs to be flushed 2 or 3 times or I find myself using the plunger quite often. I believe it is a 6 L tank. Will going to a 13 L tank solve this problem? And what do you think is the cause of this ?

Answer:

The problem is the 6 l tank and for as long as you have it, you'll be flushing two or thre times to get rid of things. These things, in my opinion, should not have been put on the market until they had proven themselves. They have not yet done so. A larger capacity flush will solve your problems.
