Our home was built in 1990. I have been told that I should consider changing the hot water heater before I experience a problem. Please advise if this is considered usual or am I justified in placing trust in my current heater for a few more years.
I hope you can trust your water heater longer than that because I've been gettng upwards of 25 years out of mine.
