i have a 3 year old hi efficiency furnace.i just replaced the combustion ventor motor and hi limit switch.is this normal.do you recommend maintenance plans.
p.s.i listen to your program whenever i can.

I find that a bit soon to be replacing parts and yes, I highly recommend maintenance plans.
