This morning, management was cleaning the oven with an oven cleaner and apparently a couple of drops dripped onto the off-white cushion floor. There are two cinnamon coloured spots firmly etched into the flooring!

There's no real magic when it comes to cushion flooring. Depending on the size of the spot, you might want to move the stove or fridge and cut out a patch piece and insert in where the cinnamon spot is but that's about it. Even by patching it, you should expect the configuration of the patch to turn black in just a couple of weeks because there's no real way to seal the joint.
