I am a very big fan of you and your show on cfra.I have just joined your website today and I would like to know how often should we have our air ducts cleaned.I have just bought this house in Barrhaven and it's 6 yrs. old I dont know if the old owner had them cleaned.

Thanks for the comments. The best schedule for duct cleaning, I've found, has been every four years and I doubt very much if the former owner had them cleaned because if he did, the sticker would be on the furnace in pain sight.
