Question:

I have a ceiling fan in the bathroom. On cold days while taking a shower the fan has water dripping from it. What should I do to stop the water. The fan is vented to the roof.

Answer:

Insulation wrapped around the duct has to reach from the fan housing to the roof decking and there has to be at leas 4" of it. Use masking tape or some such to hold it there.
