Question:

i have corrugated pipe from the dryer to the wall outlet, problem i have is with the wall out let. in the winter months and on windy days the out side flap opens and the cold air comes in . is there a better unit that i can use for the out side so that the cold air does not come it the laundry room.

Answer:

You can replace it with one that has a single, larger flapper on it. If it tends to stay open, you can tape a weight to it so when there is no pressure from inside, it closes.
