There is a noise coming from the roof area when the wind blow at a certain direction with a certain strength. It's a vibrating noise. My house is 11 years old, single two story.

This is probably a shingle of a piece of siding up high and when the wind hits it, it vibrates. To trace it, you'll have to work with it while the vibration is going on.
