I have 12 year old house. Some peices from my roof come off I wonder if I have to remplace the whole roof or only fix the peices that come off.

If its only shingles coming off, there should be no need to replace all of them. You can buy colour matched, individual shingles at most building materials outlets and then just do the replacement trip.
