I have a flat roof which runs along the front of my house and along one side. I want to build a sloped roof over this. The City of Ottawa (ON) has informed me that I require a permit for this. Can you recommend a firm which will draw up some plans for me? I have contacted a few architectural firms and they are not interested in such a small job.
