Question:

Thanks for the prompt reply...We checked and roof decking is fine because this problem only happened since we are the first to use it during the winter months normally it is cold inside. Is there a solution that would stop it or do we have to live with it?

Answer:

About the only thing you'll do to stop it is to properly insulate the roof/ceiling cavity making sure there good soffit ventilation along with a gable-to-gable baffled ridge vent along the top.
