Question:

I own single-family house that is approx. 20 yr. old. We would like to get new shingles installed as we have had a bit of leakage last year. Could you recommend a reputable contractor?

Answer:

The most reputable contractor is the one that did a satisfactory job for people living on your street. You have to go by reputation here. A pick-up truck and a roll of roofing felt does not necessarily a roofer make.
