We need to repair our flat roof over our deck. It is not part of our main structure. Shingles have deteriorated due to water pooling and ice daming which resulted in a leaky patio door during the winter. The deck roof is tucked under the overhang -soffits of our sloped roof which covers the kitchen and family room and is not part of our main roof. What type of repair would you recommend to the flat roof and sloped roof (with 3 vents).
