We have a manserd roofed house in Qualicum Nepean Ontario. Our house leaks and every expert we contact of course says that what we need is what they are selling. We have had our roof replaced with a new membrane and we have had new evetroughs and it still leaks.

Perhaps someone didn't address the flashings when they re-did the shingles. The eavestroughs shouldn't have a whole lot to do with this but flashings certainly will.
