I have often heard you talk about roofing shingles, but I can not remember what you said about the best to use. I have to re-shingle a roof and would like to ask you to advise me on the best bang for my "BUCK" on the type of and the year rating of the ashphalt shingles I should use.

I don't like doing shingles after October in most of the country because it is too cold for them to self seal but when I do put them on, I try to go with the 20-year asphalt shingle becuase it is the most cost effective product on the market.
