Question:

Tore insulation out of inside of room roof, it is now frosting up. When it thaws out water runs down to the edges of the walls. Is there any way that we can dry out the roof, so we can insulate and vapor barrier it? Once we do that will it stop frosting up? Will the vapor barrier and insulation be enough to keep the heat in the room before we put the ceiling up?

Answer:

You're on the right track but you'll have to seal off that area until such time as it dries out and you apply your insulation and vapour barrier.
