Question:

The borough is only up to 1987. The boca law article 23 is referencing ice and water shields. The roof was put on last year, no ice and water shield roofer says because it was a HUD home he did not do it. Major water streams coming inside house and down flush with walls. How does this affect my situation, if roof was installed last year but borough is using 1987 law?

Answer:

I have enough of a problem being a handyman so as you can imagine, I'm not abouat to get involved in legal matters. That's what we hire lawyers for. Sorry.
