Question:

the last thing that i half to do is change thr roof,or raise it for air flow, this existing roof is tin with double corrigate and is in good shape, but now i have raised the roof to catherial stile with 6 inches of air space between insulation and tin ,i am getting humity from the tin droping on insulation the existing tin is screwed to 1X4 hemlock strapping with no plywood under is this the problem keeping in mind that i am heating this with forced air the whole house is aprox 4000 sq ft and is all heated .

Answer:

You need a lot more ventilation of that 6" air gap because no matter how you seal things up, a certain amount of heat is lost to that area and with two VBs (under the insulation and the tin roof) it cannot help but condense.
