Question:

My cousin has removed her carpet and the hardwood is in really good condition but the people that owned the house before didn't wipe up the paint splatters. Is there anything she can do to get rid of them and enjoy her hardwood floor.

Answer:

They'll probably come off one spot at a time but that means using something like lacquer thinner on a soft cloth.
