My cat urinated in our granite-floored shower while we were away for a few days then I compounded the problem/damage by trying to clean/deodorize with vinegar. The tiles are a polished rose colour and are about 0.5 inches square. Now the tiles around the drain are faded and some have white blotches. What is the best way to try to restore the polished granite finish and seal it again? The job would be too small for a professional to be interested in.

You might want to try a 50/50 mixture of original formula listerine and hot water to get rid of the odour but the stain is a chemical reaction and that will not normally be reversed.
