Top > Storage > Vinyl

Question:

I was recently considering buying a storage shed. Which is more preferable, vinyl, chip board or other when choosing a material?

Answer:

I guess it depends a lot on what you want to do with it. The vinyl is good because it needs no care and is very durable besides being available in a number of unchangeable sizes. The wooden ones are more versatile but also demand more care; you can actually attach shelves to suit your exact needs. The metal ones are not quite so versatile and you're basically into custom shelves, doors that slide but only two or three seasons of the year; and again, they are quite unalterable. I don't know if that's of any help but experience has taught me that about all of them.
