I have some photos of my new home being constructed. There are many framing members that have been cut 3/4 or more through with a chainsaw. In my view, this makes the house unstable. I would like to send you the pictures so you can see them. I am quite concerned.

I never open attachements and they'd do me no good. I too would be concerned but rather than sendin me the photos, you might consider sending them to your local building authority and/or home builders' association.
