I am woundering should I convert my gurage over I have a family room in the back of the house and I need more space. So I was wouldering how do I start and how much would a project like this would I should expect to spend?

I don't know where you're located so the cost is out of the question from my end. The feasability on the other hand, is there. You'll need a buildign permit and if you're in an area where you'll have to heat it, you'll be welll advised to put in at least a crawlspace so the floor will be warm.
