Where can I find an expert in the Ottawa )ON) area to come in and find all the air leaks in my house and advise me how to seal them? There are so many areas where there is cold air coming in or hot air escaping besides the standard doors/windows places. It would be good if this person could also determine why I am not getting sufficient heat to the upper floors.
