I am in the process of building a new house and was wondering if you had a checklist of items I should review upon completion of various phases of the home (i.e., cracked concrete, gaps in wood, etc., etc.). I would really appreciate such a checklist(s).

The best I can suggest to you here is to hire an inspector because the checklist you speak of could consist of a hard-bound volume which, without experienced eyes, would probably be a waste of time and effort to read.
