I am going for my pre delivery inspection on Monday. Could you please let me know what I should look for when inspecting the condominium? Is there a website I can go to that outlines what I should be looking for and how I should assess the work?

On your pre-delivery inspection you'll note the obvious things but you should have a home inspector go through it to help you assemble your final list of deficiencies and then submit that list to your builder a month before it's actually due. You might also want to include photos of the more serious items on that list.
