I'm planning to contract a patio on the new home I bought. In the San Diego are, what should I expect to pay.The sq.ft. is 15x17 approx.Assume a standard finish. If there are too many variables for you to answer, what's the current cost per yard poured in San Diego, and how do you calculate the yards?
Answer:
Local pricing is beyond me or anyone else who doesn't do business in a given area. You calculate square yardage by multiplying length times width times depth. If your patio is going to be 3" think, multiply 3X180"X204"=1101.6 cubic inches so 1101.6 divided by 144 (cubic inches/cubic foot)= 7.68 or roughly seven cubic yards.
