Question:

How can I open a hole on the wall for the c/vac exhaust?
What tools would I need? What few things should I do to make the job easy (for a do-it-yourselfer)? Can I use the exhaust of the clothes dryer instead of preparing another hole?

Answer:

I'd far rather rent a corring bit complete with drill and make a new hole because there will be substantially more pressure here than the clothes dryer provides.
