Question:

I have a worn hardwood floor. Sanding, sealing & finishing. Can you give me a little detail on each.

Answer:

Hire someone to do at least the sanding because that machine eats wood fast and if you are turn your back on it for a few seconds you'll be pulling it out of the basement. Once sanded, you apply a sealer and then a finishing coat of whatever you wish.
